Another fighting video, but if you've ever seen Wanderlei Silva fight you'll be able to appreciate this.

He has a do or die attitude, and gives it everything inside the ring and in training, at his fight team they'd knock each other out in sparring and treat it like a proper fight with no head guards hence the thick skin and scarring on his face. Always seems very respectful too.

One of the best sportsmen in MMA in my opinion

I have the DVD to this, and it takes you through an arm workout. Very inspirational.

Its not just about having muscle though...
A light workout with sean (a person whose focus and work capacity I admire greatly. He a nice guy too! )

And this one was what would regularly get me charged up for a Saturday night of debauchery.
