Hello everyone!
I’m just coming to the end of my first DBol cycle. I’ve been running 30mg per day for 3 weeks increasing to 50mg per day for 3 weeks. I’m planing on taking Tamoxifen for a PCT 40mg per day for 2 weeks then 20mg per day for 2 weeks. I haven’t experienced any sides effects.
I’m planing on doing a Testosterone Cypionate 7 week cycle in the near future. Weeks 1-2 at 200mg, weeks 3-5 at 300mg and weeks 6-7 at 350mg.
Should I give my self 6/10 weeks to recover after my first PCT from my DBol cycle or can I go straight in to the Test C cycle then PCT?
Also, In regards to PCT dosages. Should I be taking 40mg in one hit, or throughout the day .I.E. 20mg in the morning 20mg before bed?
I’m not a professional bodybuilder, I’m a hobbyist. I’m very new to the anabolic world. The gym is my therapy. I eat clean with a good balance on macro nutrients and vitamins. I’m currently eating with 400 calorie surplus.
Any advice would be massively appreciated.
