What would be the proper way to come off of 10 months of blast and cruise?

Will a significant muscle loss be caused by this stop?

If your dropping on to trt and you keep up your food and training you wouldn’t lose much at all imo, I never really do

If your coming off off you can expect to kiss a lot of it goodbye whilst your natural hormones are in the gutter

10 months is only 2 blasts and a cruise really.
What’s the plan? Trt or off off?

I know it's uncommon but I am not planning on staying on gear forever

How do people usually come off off b&c?

Did you not think it would have been more logical to find this out before starting a blast and cruise?

The lack of logic in some people is staggering.

'Hold on ladies and gents just taken control of the plane, haven't learnt how to land yet, but i am sure if i ask the guys who developed flight simulator we will be ok.'

They just come off, lose all their muscle and eventually levels come back in range - or they don't and require trt. You can use serms and hcg to try and recover faster but it's not going to make a huge difference imo

any ways to keep a certain % of the gained muscles?

Not likely when you're spending months and months with below range hormone levels waiting for your body to resume production.

it’s possible, but not pretty. Depends how long you’ve had the muscle ime.

OP, coming off totally is likely going to result in vast muscle loss. Just have to deal with that.
Hormones are another thing, pct your heart out and they might never get back “in range” or they might bounce back quickly.

best thing to do is monitor yourself like a hawk, adjust things as needed, train and eat to suit. Unfortunately I can’t offer more than that really.

flip a coin.
