Clients only and once you're no longer a client out you go.....all it will be is a place to be completely open with current diet and training in log form so i can easily see what is happening with each client. Also a lot of guys like to write down their workouts/diet some where so this is ideal.

the forum is a great idea!
Means con doesnt have to go through hundreds of emails i guess, and we can update daily/weekly etc with what he requires from us.
Keeps it all nice and tidy I guess!

Con...do you not think it would be better having this like jordans..so...only YOU and the client can see the thread...no one else..that way anything can be discussed.
Then if we want to log it for everyone to see..we can create a log in the main forum....just wondering.
