Back To Training

Train less

Upper/lower split 4 sessions a week.
I was thinking something similar to that.
I was thinking of
Tuesday chest, side deltoids and triceps
Wednesday back, traps biceps
Thursday legs
Friday chest and side deltoids
Saturday back and traps
Sunday arms. I was thinking of arm day because my arms are lagging so more volume seems like a good idea.

Upper/lower - trust me.

You wanted to train legs twice a week yesterday, but that split its only once?

Train everything twice a week, no need for an arm day.

I was thinking of doing hamstrings on Sunday and little bit quads and do some light arms.

Just do legs as a leg day twice a week and include biceps, 2 sets 2 exercises on the leg day.

At most of our level of development on this forum - there are no lagging body parts. Don't fret the small stuff.

I just want to get bigger lol. I think arms twice a week is enough. I can do biceps after back day and triceps after chest. I can just throw in some sets on Sunday after leg day if i have the energy.
If i do legs Twice a week, i don't want my quads to over develop because I'm quad dominant and was told my hamstrings need more work. That's why i was thinking of doing hamstring on a separate day.

I weighed myself today. I weight 91.9 kg. I weighed myself on January 28 and weighed in 88.4 kg. Is that too much of a weight gain ?

You're not quad dominant.

Just had a quick flick through the journal.

You might get more feedback if you add some detail like weights lifted, how many sets and how many reps. It's also a good practise to have it written down so you can track progression every week and push for the extra rep or increased weight every session. It helps a lot to look back before your session so you know exactly what your aiming to do at the next session so before you walk in you know how much your going to aim to lift an for how many reps.

Right now it all reads a bit like a primary school journal on a Monday morning. You know "we did this this and this and then we went home"

Stop thinking so much. As Robbie said above do upper lower for now. Then progress to push pull legs in a few months.
Your development is miles off of needing to worry about the fine details. Just get everything bigger and stronger and concentrate on increasing the weights lifted every week for now. Do that for a few years non stop and it comes.
Ask loads of questions to get your diet sorted out. It's pretty sub par and everyone on here will help you. They're all sound as on here so just ask away, take notes and crack on.

Tell people what you're doing as in lifting. That's what people can critique they don't need to know about your studies etc. Post up reps, sets etc.
