Why not go for an upper/lower or full body split that way if you only make it 2/3 times a week every muscle is still getting hit at least once
I have never done upper/lower split before. I have always done it this way. I am dedicating myself to waking up earlier and putting my mobile alarm on then placing my phone across the room. So that I would have to get up and turn it off.

I find 4 simple days Work
Legs
Shoulder, calves
Chest, tris
Back, bis

Stick with this and you won't go far wrong.

I was at the gym. I trained Back and Traps. It was a good workout, The pump I got in my lats was amazing. It was alot of sets and the session was intense.
I have work later on then I have to study for my class. It is boring lol. I am doing a finance class.

I have a leg workout tomorrow then Monday will be a rest day.

I checked my bodyweight. I gained too much weight. I gained around 3 lb in a week. I do not know why? my calorie counting has been accurate to the dot. I have increased my water intake this week from 1 litres to around 3 litres daily.

I was going to use the daily weight check to see if my weight is fluctuating or maybe the calorie intake is too high. I am contemplating reducing my calories from 2700 to 2500. I am really worried. I know it may seem stupid.

I don`t know if I should do the daily weight check as I was going to order Dominos today at 2 am for the superbowl match on tonight. I was going to order 1 medium or large pizza but I was going to factor it in for tomorrow calorie count and if I do go over I would simply reduce in the week to level it.

All my life I have been overweight, I have that fear always with me lingering in my head. I was always teased in regards to my weight in college and school.

I was thinking of doing a mini cut and get my weight to 82 kg and then start the bulk again but keep the calories around more maintaince and cutting so its very slow.

I would love to hear feedback. I am on this journey with you guys, I dont have a personal trainer who can asses me body and tell me what to do with nutrition. Everything I do is self taught.

This is why I make mistakes, I would love to have a personal trainer but my money is tight right now.

I was in the gym today and trained Legs. It was a mostly Quad dominant work with hamstring at the end. I will be doing another leg workout this Thursday and focusing on Hamstrings first then. I need to learn my form on Stiff legged deadlfts I feel as I don`t feel the hamstrings stretch and don`t feel the contraction. I think its because I am not pushing back my hips enough which is causing slight pain in my lower back area.

I have narrowed it down to both of these. The black shoes are around £23 more, I don`t know why?
I like the black colour but I do not think its worth paying £23 more for the colour. I am leaning towards the blue/black/white which is the first one.

I tried squat with the plate under my heel. I did not like it because there was no support in midfoot. I felt a greater stretch in my hamstring. I think these shoes will be better because they will give me heel and foot support whilst allowing me to get better depth.

1 litre is very low water. The increase to 3 (still low in my opinion) will cause an increase in body weight

Drinking 1ltr of water a day your body is probably dehydrated mate. This will make you hold more water. Start drinking 3 as planned then gradually increase. You should feel and look better in a few weeks.

I am trying to drink a galon. it is hard because my bladder is so weak I am running to the bathroom every 5 minutes or so.

Thats the one I bought but it was only £6 on offer.

Shall I keep the calories the same and see again next week maybe the water intake was the reason for the fluctation. I want to check my bodyweight everyday but because I am going to have dominos today as a cheat meal the weight would not be accurate.

Would a Galon be suffice ?

A gallon is plenty. You do not have a weak bladder, the more water you drink the more you will urinate. That's basic science. Your body will rehydrate and also flush the excess it is holding.
Keep your cals the same, 3lb is not a big fluctuation, you are getting obsessed over small issues. Do what you enjoy and stop stressing, you need to relax and realize you should be enjoying this. If you want a pizza then have one

lol. You are right, I have a bad habbit of this.

I have been stressed with exams and this was also annoying me. I suffer with Dyslexia which makes it even harder for me to cope. I have OCD as well. I like everything to be organised.

I appreciate the help friend.
