Back To Training

I was training today at the gym. I trained back today. I felt good. I am trying to retract my scapula before I pull to engage the lats more.

I have a leg day tomorrow then Monday will be off.
I was thinking of making tomorrow a cheat day depending on what my weight is. I will check my weight tomorrow.

I checked my bodyweight and I gained too much weight for some reason. My diet has been good. I gained 1.7 kg in 2 weeks. I don`t know why. I was thinking keep this diet consistent and check again on Sunday. I think it could be I was miscalculating food and guestimating wrong.

I was going to have a cheat but that is now called off. I want to go the gym today, I will need to see. I have a feeling I have cold coming. I wake up with slight shivers and body was in ache. My throat is sore and temeperate is rather higher than usual.

I am going to the phone shop to get a new contract. My mobile contract is about to run out. I am most likely going to get a EE mobile contract as they offer the best data.

when are you weighing yourself...same time each day with same conditions
are you being 100 percent with food and water as that will account for swings - as will adding muscle

if you are guestimating food then no wonder.... just saw that...buy scales....

What I used to do was weigh my self note it cover my pose mirror at home and weigh my self every 3/4 weeks me personally if there's a difference and there will be you notice it better and you feel better abt yourself diet and training but if you weigh everyday and you see hardly anything it could get you down in the dumps well that's what I used to do anyway cheers lasts and galls

see I think the opposite

weight your self every day on waking

it then becomes a routine - once a week or two weeks or whatever - basically if you choose just 1 day for this - you have a psychological build up to 'weigh in day'

if you do it daily then you learn to accept WHY your weight fluctuates...you then don't slit your wrists if you are up or down 1kg but haven't had a dump oir drunk more or less water or had a cheat the day before

even more important for women

you also then understand your body much more - i.e you can apply reasoning

if you do it once a month you could easily build up or lose a lot

just how I/we do things..... bit anal but you then actually become more relaxed about weight as you take daily readings and then see how you have done over a week or two....

I c ware you coming from mate

I'm weighing myself daily
Get told not to, but keeps me accountable and there's been days where I can say hydration or lack of it has effected things

I weigh myself every Sunday empty stomach after I have used the loo. I am 80-90 with my accuracy on food.

it is only some foods I guestimate on. I am otherwise 100% sure of what I am consuming. I weigh all my food on a scale to ensure accuracy.

I think it could be I drank more water on friday and Saturday because I was working outside and needed more fluids.

I think I drank more water on Friday and Saturday, that might have affected the weight. I will try and stay consistent this week.

Here's an idea of daily fluctuations

I have not been feeling very well for the last couple of days due to a fever. The workouts have not been the best as result.
I trained chest today it was an ok workout. I need to improve my form or do something.

I have a back workout tomorrow. My car broke down today after college. It was the brake spring coil. Thats what the mechanic told me. I left the car at the garage hopefully the morning it will be fixed,

I was thinking of posting pictures tomorrow. It has been one month since I last posted pictures. It will show me a rough idea where I am.
