There's a new pair of Nike romeleos out now that are very nice. Quite pricey but they will last a lifetime.

On the subject of weighing yourself, download an app called Happy Scale and do it every day - it will work out the moving average so you don't have to worry about peaks and troughs

I will try that thanks.

Yesterday was Back day. I need to make a proper schedule for my gym. I am not following my schedule. It is hard due to exams in college. I don`t get alot of time.It still is no excuse, I have had the slight cold this week also.
I will bring my workouts and try to improve them next week by sticking to what I need to do. I will wake up earlier for the gym waking up late puts everything off balance for me in terms of training in the gym. I have a full day college Monday, half day Tuesday and Thursday full day. I study in between.

I work also part time as well.

I took pictures of my physique update. I will post them today.

I woke up late today and a result I could not go to the gym. I had to go to Friday prayers in the mosque. I then went and took my brother to the barbers and just came back. I am going to work so gym will be not possible.

I might go tonight or leave it. I still have muscle soreness in the chest area from Tuesday workout.

I have a Back workout tommorow. I will try and do Back and Shoulders tomorrow.

I am going to add more things into my split.

What's your current split, perhaps you can change it round to suit your busy lifestyle
Or just set your alarm to make sure you get up and train lol

I was going to use this split.

Monday - Rest
Tuesday- Chest + Side deltoids and triceps
Wednesday- back + traps + biceps
Thursday- Hamstring foccused and some light Quads
Friday- Chest and side deltoids and triceps
Saturday- Back and Biceps and traps
Sunday- Quads and Hamstrings but Quad focused.

Quad focused days will be Squats, Leg press, Smith Squat and Leg extensions at the end just 2 Hamstring Movements Seated curls and Stiff legged deadlifts
Hamstring focused will be wide stance leg press, seated curls, stiff legged deadlifts, single leg reverse curls and some leg extension to get more quads.

Chest days is always focused on the upper area, I do dumbbell incline, Smith incline, barbell flat, Chest press and then 1 fly movement. side deltoids is cable lateral and machine then triceps straight bar pressdown and rope extensions

I have 2 back days one is rowing and the other pulling.

Why not go for an upper/lower or full body split that way if you only make it 2/3 times a week every muscle is still getting hit at least once

Reading that proposed split hurt my head, I don't think you need to be worrying about quad focused leg workouts or the like. And judging by your previous posts, you aren't going to train 6 days a week.

Full body 3x a week and focus on the basics.

Because you're going less often, you can fit everything else around it (go in the morning) and put 100% effort into those 3 workouts.

Agree with the first part of this, you really don't need to focus on areas of a body part. Just train the muscle groups. Personally I'd still stick to the PPL split, doesn't matter if you only manage eod, you've still hit everybody part. Just gotta make sure you've trained as hard as you can on that day and make progress every session.

you are over weight and need to sort out your diet.
