What's peoples thoughts on 'Intraworkout' drinks? Do you use them - EAA etc or a sports drink or do you just drink plain old H2O?
Personally I drink water - circa 500ml during a workout.
Anyone actually notice a real world difference from intraworkout 'fuel'?
personally i think there very useful for helping improve anabolism, oreventing catabolism and being used as a period to get extra cals in when bulking and pushing the calories hard.
personally i have 20g EAA, beta a, 15g glutamine, 40g carbs - wms and dex mix
